Q: How long will it be before goods are sent?
A: If you are situated in the U.K, pay by credit card or paypal and put the order through before 3:00pm the same day, items will be posted the same day. If there is any reason that this can not be done you will be notified immediately by e-mail or phone call.
International orders can take up to 7- 10 working days to arrive.. Please be aware that during the xmas run period international orders can take over a two weeks to arrive, even though they are posted the next day by us airmail.

What if i recieve goods and i'm not satisfied?
A: Don't worry...
Any problems at all,go to our contact us page and we will help and advice on what to do next. We have a full refund policy for goods if this is what you require. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT INCLUDED! PLUS A LEVI ON NON FAULTY GOODS.
All we ask is that the goods are not worn and are returned in the original packaging. We accept the trying on of goods. Please note that body jewellery and earings WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances (unless faulty) for hygeine reasons.
Items that are supplied at your request and are not faulty will incure a 20% levi off refund price to cover the cost of invoicing and the charges we incure from credit card company that is taken when you ordered.
All we ask is the Goods are not worn and are returned in original packs. We accept trying on, this excludes earings and body jewellery due to hygeine reasons. If you want more details please go to our Legal page.
